Originally know as The Orchard, Ron and Muriel Kent welcomed the first campers into their park. Later to be renamed Keat Farm, Malcolm Kent joined the family business establishing some of the key parks that make the Residential, Holiday, Touring and Camping offerings it specialises in today.
During these years redevelopment was made upon the Residential park sites, including further expansion into Folkestone and Maidstone. Ben Kent, the 3rd generation of the Kent family also joined the business helping establish an additional Residential Park in Whitstable.
Wayne Beba, Justine Beba and Paul Taylor join the Keat Farm team. Ben Kent, takes Managing Director role, Malcolm Kent becomes Chairman.
