Our holiday homes are available for purchase and are then ready for whenever you take the decision to have a weekend break or a week away from home. New holiday homes include the current years site fee, steps, gas and service connections and full gas bottles. Pre-owned homes may vary from the above. The parks are available for your holiday use from 10 – 11.5 months of the year, depending on the park of your choice.
All holiday homes are complete with their own facilities and most parks offer extra on site facilities such as WC’s and laundry areas too beautiful landscaping. Apart from our exclusive park, Frost Farm, the holiday parks provide site shops and two have cafes. You should have everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday.
Our parks are always located within quiet and peaceful settings, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your stay with us.

As a team, we strive to care for the park, our holiday home owners and touring and camping guests. The staff are often about for a quick chat or to offer assistance.
Two of our parks, Applegarth Park in Whitstable and Woodlands Estate near Canterbury, permit one dog per home. Frost Farm we allow 1 pet per home, our other parks do not allow pets. These are part of the individual park rules.
After you have made your choice on the location, you may come and talk to our sales staff at the Head Office, located in Herne Bay, where we will be happy to discuss your requirements in further detail and assist you with the current homes available. If we have new homes for sale, we can arrange viewings and aid you through the whole buying process. However, should you decide on a pre-owned home, we can put you in contact with the current owners and supply all the relevant paperwork, and if needed, we can also assist you through the government paperwork.
To be a full licensed Residential park, it will be open for 12 months of the year and should be used as your main residence. Keat Farm own and operate 5 fully licensed Residential parks in Kent, Applegarth Park, Rowan Tree Park, Keat Farm Close, Woodlands Estate & Hartridge Farm.
