Keat Farm Close comprises of 19 detached residential park homes, each with an adjacent garage and drive way.
Just a 5 minute walk away is the local doctors and pharmacy, as well as a bus stop so you can travel further afield into the historical city of Canterbury, or close by is the seaside town of Herne Bay which has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.
If you like to keep active and get some fresh air, then the coastal path isn’t too far, offering plenty of walking opportunities into Herne Bay to grab yourself a bag of chips or even an ice cream. In the other direction the path will lead you to Reculver Towers and past the remains of the Roman Fort and onto the sea wall towards Minnis Bay.
Keat Farm Close offers a safe, comfortable place to enjoy life within easy reach of the best of the city, countryside and coastline.

Two of our parks, Applegarth Park in Whitstable and Woodlands Estate near Canterbury, permit one dog per home. Frost Farm we allow 1 pet per home, our other parks do not allow pets. These are part of the individual park rules.
After you have made your choice on the location, you may come and talk to our sales staff at the Head Office, located in Herne Bay, where we will be happy to discuss your requirements in further detail and assist you with the current homes available. If we have new homes for sale, we can arrange viewings and aid you through the whole buying process. However, should you decide on a pre-owned home, we can put you in contact with the current owners and supply all the relevant paperwork, and if needed, we can also assist you through the government paperwork.
To be a full licensed Residential park, it will be open for 12 months of the year and should be used as your main residence. Keat Farm own and operate 5 fully licensed Residential parks in Kent, Applegarth Park, Rowan Tree Park, Keat Farm Close, Woodlands Estate & Hartridge Farm.
