Rowan Tree Park

Residential Park

Rowan Tree Park is located near the quaint fishing & harbour town of Whitstable, on the North coast of Kent.

Like our neighbouring park Applegarth, Rowan Tree Park is located near the charming town of Whitstable. The town can be easily reached by bus to all the local amenities that Whitstable has to offer; shops, cafes, restaurants and doctors.

A little beyond Whitstable harbour you will find the grassy banks of Tankerton slopes, a popular place to relax, unwind and take in the sea views with a picnic.

Rowan Tree Park is perfectly positioned for you to enjoy the hustle & bustle of local shops, cafes and galleries. Prefer solitude, then you could walk the expansive coastal trails.

What do I do once I have decided to buy a Residential park home?

After you have made your choice on the location, you may come and talk to our sales staff at the Head Office, located in Herne Bay, where we will be happy to discuss your requirements in further detail and assist you with the current homes available. If we have new homes for sale, we can arrange viewings and aid you through the whole buying process. However, should you decide on a pre-owned home, we can put you in contact with the current owners and supply all the relevant paperwork, and if needed, we can also assist you through the government paperwork.
