Reopening on 11th of February 2026 – a new season begins at Keat Farm Parks!
The new holiday season is just around the corner, and we are hoping it is not only the calendar that agrees, but the weather too. From 11 February 2026 our parks are excited to welcome both new and returning guests for another unforgettable stay in some of Kent’s most beautiful locations.
Over the winter months our teams have been busy behind the scenes, making sure everything is refreshed and ready, so both our holiday homeowners and camping guests can return to the parks at their very best, surrounded by stunning natural scenery.
Quex Park offers a peaceful rural escape close to the sandy beaches of Minnis Bay and the vibrant seaside town of Margate, making it an ideal choice for families and dog friendly holidays. We have also created a little dog walking kingdom within the park, completed towards the end of last season and already proudly claimed by our four-legged guests. It has been a joy to see happy dogs alongside the bustling local wildlife, a real treat for nature lovers and dog owners alike.
Perfectly positioned between Deal and Dover, Hawthorn Farm is an ideal base for exploring Southeast England. The park boasts beautifully landscaped gardens and excellent transport links.
For those seeking tranquillity, Little Satmar is a peaceful clifftop retreat in Capel-le-Ferne, offering breathtaking sea views nearby and wonderful walking routes near Folkestone.
Whether you are camping, touring or enjoying a holiday home stay, our safe, well-equipped parks are ready to welcome you. Guests can also download the Keat Farm Parks app to find park information, local recommendations and everything they need to make the most of their stay.
See you in Kent this season!
