How Holiday Home Ownership Works

Owning a holiday home is designed to be simple, flexible, and enjoyable. When you purchase a holiday home, you own the Holiday Home itself, while the pitch is leased through a licence agreement with the park. Annual pitch fees contribute towards the upkeep of the park, facilities, landscaped surroundings, and services.

Can you live in a holiday home permanently at Keat Farm Parks?

Holiday homes at Keat Farm Parks are designed and licensed for leisure use rather than permanent living. While our parks are generally open seasonally from February to November, these opening dates may vary depending on the specific park or subject to weather conditions. All recently issued and new holiday home licenses are for owner use only, for owners, their family, and invited guests. This helps preserve the peaceful atmosphere, sense of security, and strong community feel across our parks.

Are there options for different budgets when buying a holiday home?

For many owners, a holiday home quickly becomes more than just a getaway. It becomes a place for spontaneous weekends, summer evenings on the decking, family traditions, and memorable moments by the coast and countryside. With a range of both new and pre-loved holiday homes available, ownership can suit a variety of lifestyles and budgets.

Our parks at Quex Holiday Park, Hawthorn Farm, Little Satmar, and Homing Park each offer their own unique setting and character. Guests can also use the Keat Farm Parks app to explore local attractions, events, walks, and exclusive offers during every visit.
